VVM is a SETA approved training institution. Consequently training and development of all staff receives a high priority and are continuously under review. Development plans are maintained for all staff members and regular Performance and development Reviews serve as the forum for addressing and aligning the needs of the individual with strategic and tactical direction of VVM.
